Did you know that this tax credit isn’t really just for first time homebuyers? Yes that’s right! During a recent discussion on the tax credit with mortgage expert David Martin from Mortgage Source Funding here in Virginia Beach Virginia, I was informed: a homebuyer that has been renting for 3 years or more could participate in this tax credit even if they own a home that is rental property or any other property just as long as it is not their primary residence! Wow! I would imagine not too many people actually know about this one?

Just open the door for another buyer please! Get the word out there isn’t very much time…you’ve gotta get it done before December 1st 2009!
